By subscribing to market data on Accruel limited (with the exception of the following subscriptions: CME GLOBEX, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX), you are confirming the following:

    1. You use market data solely for personal use, not for your business or any other entity.
    2. You are not registered or qualified with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) or the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
    3. You are not registered or qualified with any securities agency, any securities exchange, association or regulatory body in any country.
    4. You do not engage in any activities that are akin to those necessitating an individual to register or meet the qualifications set forth by the SEC, the CFTC, any other securities agency, any securities exchange, or association or regulatory body, or any commodities or futures contract market, or association or regulatory body.
    5. You are not engaged as an investment advisor (as that term is defined in Section 202 (a) (11) of the Investment Advisor's Act of 1940) or asset manager and you are not engaged to provide investment advice to any individual or entity.
    6. You are not subscribing to the service in your capacity as a principal, officer, partner, employee, or agent of any business or on behalf of any other individual.

11. Derived Data
    Our proprietary derivation process involves the utilization of raw market data and employs a two-factor derivation method to generate the final displayed price, which is subsequently used by the price engine. This derived market data is collected and provided from a variety of sources and may be subject to blending or combination.
    The derivation process includes modifying the raw price based on a factor determined by the trading volume in the underlying market, a randomized variable, and a maximum offset amount. The resulting derived data price is exclusively presented to our non-professional clients. This derived data price constitutes the proprietary value of our organization.
    We ensure that raw data is never accessible to any client, and it cannot be reverse-engineered in any way. All markets go through the same derivation engine as a standard process.
12. Access and security
    You accept responsibility for the confidentiality and use of any username and email address that use to register for your access to and use of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. 13. Payment and cancellation of service
    1. By subscribing to any plan on www.corsonbest.co, which may include a free trial period, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to our Terms of Use. Furthermore, you authorize Accruel limited to automatically charge your credit card or PayPal account based on the billing period manually selected by you.
    2. Each user has the option to try any paid plan for 30 days, free of charge. If the trial is not canceled before its expiration date, it will automatically convert to either a monthly or annual paid plan, depending on the user's choice. For monthly plans, there are no refunds, even if the subscription is canceled on the same day as the autoconversion payment processes. Refunds are only available after an automatic deduction for annual payments, which means they are possible after the trial period and after renewal, but within 14 calendar days after the payment has been made. Please be aware that users who have initiated a chargeback/dispute request or filed a claim are not eligible for a refund. It's important to note that PRO, PRO+, and Premium subscriptions automatically include market data without additional per-user fees. If you cancel a trial and its associated services, they will cease immediately after cancellation, with the exception of any data packages that were separately purchased.
    3. The service is billed in advance on a monthly, annual, or 2-year basis. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months of service, and there won't be refunds for months during which your user account remains open but unused. In the event that auto-renewal fails for an annual plan, you will be automatically switched to a monthly plan.
    4. All billing is recurring, which means you will be charged until you decide to cancel your Accruel limited subscription. It's your responsibility to ensure the proper cancellation of your Accruel limited subscription. Please note that an email request or support ticket to cancel your subscription is not considered a valid cancellation method. You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the billing section. Profile Settings page.
    5. If you decide to cancel the service before the end of your current paid period, your subscription will continue to be active until the next scheduled due date. However, if payment is not received by the due date, your subscription will be discontinued.
    6. We do not offer refunds for initial payments. If you order the service for the first time, please make sure that the order is correct before the payment is made.
    7. We do not offer refunds for recurring monthly payments. If you have been billed for automatic monthly renewal of the Service, you can cancel the subscription to avoid billing for next months.
    8. We do not offer refunds for upgrades to a more expensive plan or a longer billing cycle. Remaining days are converted into an equivalent value of days on the new subscription.
    9. We offer refunds for recurring annual and 2-year payments on demand. If you have been billed for automatic annual and 2-year renewal of the service, you have 14 calendar days (after the payment was made) to contact our support team. If you don't do this, corsonbest assumes that renewal of the service is expected and the payment will not be refunded.
    10. Refunds are available only after an automatic deduction for annual payments (i.e. after trial and after renewal) within 14 calendar days after the payment was made.
    11. Our moderators are official corsonbest representatives, with the authority to warn or ban users (including those with a paid subscription) when they do not abide by the House Rules. We do not offer refunds in case you are banned from publishing content and interacting with others because your paid subscription and all of its data and/or features are still available during any such ban.
14. Feedback to corsonbest
    By submitting ideas, content, suggestions, documents, and/or proposals ("Contributions") to corsonbest through our contact or feedback webpages, You acknowledge and agree that: (a) Your Contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information. (b) Accruel limited is not bound by any obligation of confidentiality, whether expressed or implied, regarding the Contributions. (c) Accruel limited has the right to use or disclose (or choose not to use or disclose) the Contributions for any purpose, in any manner, and through any media globally. (d) Accruel limited may already be considering or developing something similar to the Contributions. (e) Your Contributions automatically become the property of Accruel limited, without any obligation of Accruel limited to compensate or reimburse you. (f) You are not entitled to any form of compensation or reimbursement from Accruel limited under any circumstances.
15. Indemnity
    You consent to indemnify and safeguard Accruel limited, as well as our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, brought forward by a third party, as a result of or in connection with content you submit, post, transmit, modify, or make available through the Accruel limited services, your utilization of the Accruel limited services, your connection to the Accruel limited services, your infringement of the Terms of Use, or your infringement of the rights of another party.
